Terms of Sale

Quotes are valid for a limited time, as stated on the quote itself. Prices are shown in US or Canadian dollars depending on the currency you select, and do not include applicable taxes, duties or freight unless your quote says otherwise.

Prices and specifications may change before we confirm your order. Photos and illustrations on this site are for reference, and the product you receive may differ slightly. Products marked "coming soon" are not yet available to order. Calculators and estimates on this site are illustrations, not offers or guarantees.

An order is accepted when Henrik confirms it in writing. A deposit may be required to start production or reserve stock, as stated on your quote, with the balance due before shipment.

We send an invoice with a secure payment link, so card details go directly to our payment processor. Please do not send card numbers by email. We also accept bank transfer or e-transfer.

Leasing and financing, where available in Canada and the US, are subject to credit approval and the lender's separate terms.

Lead times we quote are estimates. They depend on stock and configuration, and custom or branded items take longer. Freight terms are stated on your quote. You are responsible for freight, duties and taxes unless your quote says otherwise, and risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the goods.

Please inspect every shipment on delivery, note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork, and tell us as soon as possible so we can help with a claim.

You can cancel an order before it ships. Once production has started, a cancellation fee may apply, as stated on your quote.

Standard, unused items in their original packaging may be returned with our prior written approval; a restocking fee may apply. You pay return freight. Custom or branded items, including machines with custom artwork, cannot be returned or cancelled once approved for production, unless they are defective.

Henrik machines are covered by the Henrik limited warranty, set out in full on our Customer Support page. That page states what is covered, the conditions that keep coverage in place, and how to make a claim, and it governs in place of any summary here.

To the extent the law allows, Henrik is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost sales or a cancelled event, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

As the owner, you are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment as instructed, for using it safely, and for following local rules for serving beverages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The version posted on the date of your quote or order applies to that order, and changes apply to later orders from the date they are posted.
