A minute and a half on what it actually takes to run one of these. The quick start alongside is the same sequence in writing, so it can be worked through with a unit in front of you.

H2 Podium. Four taps, kegs and gas staged outside the unit.

Quick start

  1. Power onA standard 15A outlet, or run off the 48V battery. No dedicated circuit and no generator. Eight hours guaranteed on battery, twelve or more typical, indefinite on mains.
  2. Connect the gasCO₂ or nitrogen. The touchscreen reads pressure, so PSI can be checked from the front of the unit instead of crouching at the regulator.
  3. Couple the kegsSanke D is standard and it takes any coupler. Kegs stage outside the unit, so a changeover does not stop service.
  4. Wait for temperatureAbout six minutes from a 20°C ambient. The display shows where it is, so nobody has to guess.
  5. PourPour once the display reads 0 to 2°C. Flow control is at every tap as standard.

Five to ten minutes from power-on to first pour, most of it the six minute cool-down. No glycol deck, no plumbing, no electrician.
